At Paw Friendly Gear, we strive to provide high-quality pet products and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., treats)
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization if eligible.

4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To exchange an item, follow the same return procedure and indicate the desired replacement product.
