At Paw Friendly Gear, we strive to provide high-quality pet products and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Perishable goods (e.g., treats)
• Products marked as “Final Sale”

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization if eligible.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• To exchange an item, follow the same return procedure and indicate the desired replacement product.
